Ithaca Sweeps Host Eastern Connecticut at Crabtree Classic

Corrina Doctor is fifth on Ithaca's all-time assists list

WILLIMANTIC, CONN. - Ithaca improved to 3-0 at Eastern Connecticut's Crabtree Classic with a 3-0 sweep of the host Warriors. Game scores were 30-24, 30-16, and 30-28. Sophomore setter Corrina Doctor (Skaneateles / Skaneateles) handed out 41 assists to go along with 10 digs and three aces.

Senior outside hitter Amanda Hubbard (Horseheads/Horseheads) led the Bombers with 16 kills. Sophomore middle hitter Francine Nikas (Greenwich/Greenwich, Conn.) added nine kills in just 16 attempts.

The Bombers will wrap up play at the Crabtree Classic by taking on Bridgewater State later today.
